Location
The properties were built for industrial and logistics purposes, close to the capital, in the northern agglomeration, in an industrial and service zone. The 2/A motorway runs directly adjacent to the property boundary, and the property can be accessed by any size of truck via a junction a few hundred meters away, followed by an asphalt road through the town. Public transport connections are provided by the Budapest-Vác railway line and long-distance buses, with the stop located 1.6 km from the site.

The properties
